These classes are designed to counteract the stress, unhealthy lifestyle habits, and past injuries that constrict the body, thus causing discomfort, tension, and imbalances.

Our instructor uses a plethora of techniques to help you become stronger and more limber so you will feel physically and mentally balanced and centered.
