PILATES
Mitsuko Verdery was born and raised in New York City surrounded by a family of musicians, artists and dancers. Mitsuko graduated with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University. She received her Pilates Certification from Balanced Pilates NYC. She is currently a Pilates Instructor at Core Focus Physical Therapy and Equinox. Mitsuko is also the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of MICHIYAYA Dance company. She values the relationship between movement, health, and happiness.
